Still to no avail

I have not read a single page in over a week (maybe that's a lie, but it feels true). I think I want to cry. I think I want to scream. I think I want to finish thank you cards soon, or I will never be able to read again.

On a happier note, last night's onion roasted chicken was tasty (even if slightly undercooked) and I am looking forward to today's tomato soup and rolls.

And I do like getting a chance to write little notes to all the people I love and am so grateful to... I just miss my imaginary friends.

I think i had it easy cause our wedding was long distance from ANYONE we knew well, so our thank you notes went out in small groups as the cards came in the mail. I wasn't bombarded like you are with them. Happy writing :) and i hope you get to read soon too!

Make sure you let Jeremy help out too!! (I made Jim write the addresses.) It will all be a memory soon. In the meantime, I changed your link on my blog from "Carly Torgerson" to "Christiansen Family" :)

I thought Thank You's were bittersweet too. So much work, but kind of fun to write a little note to all the people you care about (and a few you don't know). I had Ian do all the ones from his family friends and family, which was about 1/6th and I still finished first. I hope you get to read soon soon soon! Enjoy that soup!

So sad about the reading but yea for new home-cooked meals. You want to come make me some?? I LOVE tomato soup. Is it the homemade kind mom makes? That one is soooo yummy. I can't wait for cooler weather and yummy soups! Miss you xoxo-sara

Thank you notes seriously take soooo long huh!! Keep hanging in there. Hopefully you will be done soon. Way to go at just getting them all done though. That is the best way. I hope you get to start reading again soon. Maybe make it a goal to be done by your birthday . . .next weekend :) What was your chicken recipe? Sounded good. And what kind of tomato soup. I so want to make Mom's this winter. But, it is still a little too hot. But, I hear cooler weather is coming this next week. YIPPEEEEE!!!

Oh, I'm sorry! I know the feeling of having soo many things you have to do before the things you want to do! You'll have to let me know which recipes turn out good, I'm always looking.
